The Chamber is a non-profit, 501c-6 organization. We are made up of members who make a financial commitment to the Chamber and to the business community. Our members work together to improve not only business in the Boaz area, but the quality of life for all residents. The Chamber is always available to assist in any way we can. The Chamber represents its member businesses and works with the various communities that we represent to make our business community stronger and our communities more vibrant.

The City of Boaz has a long history of cooperative promotion of its business owners.  Business and industry were being officially promoted as early as 1906 by the Commercial Club.  Several such organizations have served the community over the years.  In 1947, the Boaz Chamber of Commerce was established and continues to grow business and industry as well as support education and the community.

In 2014, we became the Boaz Area Chamber of Commerce to broaden our coverage to the areas surrounding Boaz and better serve our members.

The mission of the Boaz Area Chamber of Commerce is to promote and enhance economic growth and community development in our local communities. The Chamber provides a host of programs and services designed to help businesses gain visibility and prosper.
