• Chamber Membership Banquet

The  Annual Member Banquet is the premier membership and community event of the year.  During this event, awards for the Citizen of the Year, Educator of the Year, John Thompson Memorial Scholarship Recipient & Junior Ambassador Scholarship Recipient are presented.  Additionally, the event includes the Chamber Chairman’s Report for 2021-2022. The gavel will then be passed to the newly elected Chairperson for 2021- 2022.  The banquet is attended by approximately 250 people.  

Presenting Sponsor - $2000
Benefits: CEO or Representative recognized, recognition in event publicity, recognition in event program, and from the podium during the event. opportunity to place marketing brochures and/or promotional items at the registration table, a banner prominently displayed announcing the sponsorship, a reserved table of eight in prime location and full-page ad in the event program.

Platinum Sponsor - $1500
Benefits: Eight tickets to event and a reserved table in prime location, recognition in the event publicity, event signage, and 1/2-page ad in the event program.

Gold Sponsor - $1000
Benefits: Eight tickets to the event and a reserved table, recognition in event publicity, event signage and listed in event program.

Silver Sponsor - $750

• 59^th Annual Boaz Harvest Festival

Our annual autumn celebration returns for the 59^th year.  The Boaz 59th Harvest Festival is set for October 6-7 bringing with it two days of music, arts and crafts, and other family-friendly fun. The free event takes place in historic downtown Boaz, located along Highway 168 just off US Highway 431. Thousands of people usually attend this 2-day event.

• Miss Harvest Festival Pageant Sponsor – $750

Benefits: Recognition in event publicity, Company logo on participants’ event t-shirts, a banner will be put on the stage with stand..

 

• Boaz Christmas Parade

A true Boaz yearly tradition, the parade attracts thousands in attendance each year. This year will be no different. The event will include live musical performances, floats, Harvest Festival Pageant winners, distinguished dignitaries, specialty cars and trucks, and more. We also expect a long-anticipated appearance by Father Christmas himself, Santa Claus. The parade floats will be reviewed and voted upon by our specially selected judges.  The Christmas Parade is scheduled for Friday, December 1st.

• Member Appreciation Cookout

Chamber staff and Board of Directors welcome Chamber Member businesses and their staff to our Member Appreciation Cookout.  At this year’s event we look forward to thanking hundreds of our Chamber members with a great meal and fellowship.  Great networking for any size company – large or small.  This event will be held the day of the Boaz – Albertville Football Game from 11:00 am – 1:30 pm.

Presenting Sponsor - $1000
Benefits: Top recognition in event publicity, name and/or log on banner at the event, option to set up a booth or table promoting your business.  Presenting Sponsor will have opportunity to recognize the charity of their choice and make a donation during the event. This will allow for publicity for the Presenting Sponsor and the charity.

Benefits: Recognition in event publicity, name and/or log on banner at the event, opportunity to display promotional materials on registration table.

• Rack Cards Sponsor - $1000

The Chamber distributes 1000’s of rack cards promoting Boaz across North Alabama with the help of the Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourism Association. Topics currently include Harvest Festival and the NEW Boaz Boutique Trail.
Benefits: Your logo will appear on each rack card along with the Chamber logo.​
